Shelby and Emily share a love for vintage and antiques. They had a beautiful vintage winter wedding at the Pavilion at Silver Fork. The flowers were a beautiful mix of roses and calla lilies which are a favorite of the bride. Their wedding was like taking a step back in time, the table settings were a mix of lace, tea cups and pearls. The ring bearer was dressed in a vintage bow tie and newsboy cap. The couple even gave out bottled cokes as parting favors.
Shelby is quiet and reserve and Emily is animated and joyful. They balance each other perfectly. They danced to Elvis Pressley’s, “I can’t help falling in love with you and Righteous Brothers’ “Unchained Melody”. Both are some of my personal favorites. The Father daughter dance was a big surprise! It was a fast dance to an oldie goldie then ended up with “Sweet Child of Mine”. I don’t know if anyone was expecting that! This day unfolded so beautifully and I could not be happier for this couple. They have had so many obstacles to overcome planning this wedding with COVID. Their “Winter Wedding” exit was complete with faux snow.
