After we had our first child, I quickly found that passion again as I documented all her little milestones with pictures. My husband recognized the joy this brought me and completely surprised me with my first DSLR camera for Christmas while I was expecting our son.

Before long, people started approaching me to take their family portraits and special events. Through trial and error, a thirst to learn more with encouragement and support from those who care about me, Laura Chatham Photography was born.

I am a wife to Michael, the barber. God has blessed us with two great kids. I work a full time job that I love but I need a creative outlet. For me, that outlet is doing photography on the weekends! I enjoy meeting new people and love to create images that will one day become happy memories.
